Job Description:
- Working with the Head of HR to implement and develop the HR strategy in key areas, focused on people management and organizational development.
- Working with senior management to ensure effective people planning, building a workforce with the structure and skills to achieve business objectives
- Driving key people metrics across areas of responsibility
- Working closely with operational leads to drive and champion engagement in each division
- Analyse data from annual engagement survey, drive action plans and develop solutions to themes and areas of improvement
- Partnering with central HR colleagues to develop effective resourcing, development plans to ensure attraction and retention of high calibre candidates
- Support the management team in promoting a culture of performance and operational excellence
- Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with operational senior teams, driving key changes locally by providing pragmatic HR advice and coaching
